Iona Street

This project comprises of the demolition of a former timber warehouse for new build student, built to rent and affordable accommodation. Our works included the external 1400m² Aluminium Cassette Panels & 720m² Stone Cladding, we also undertook the Internal Drylining Partitions and Ceiling Packages.
